The race horse market involves a wide range of products: mostly yearlings (particularly for gallops), but also ready-to-run horses in training and bloodstock animals (foals, brood mares, stallions and syndicate-owned stallions).
Race horses are most often spotted at events (auctions, claiming races, etc.) or already known about and purchased directly from the breeder at high prices.
When you want to move your horse from one place to another, for whatever reason, it is essential to comply with current regulations. That compliance is reasonably complex and involves legislative texts governing the transport of live animals, including preparing the horse in question and its transport box, loading, travelling, unloading, post-transport and the carrier.
